Commencement Exercises (“Act”)

Dear Parents –

As previously announced, the Commencement Exercises (“Act”) and the end of the year picnic are scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 16, 2009.

1. The day will begin with Moleben at 9:30 a.m., at the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

2. After the service, there will be a photograph taken of the students and teachers, in front of the church. All students are required to be dressed in the school uniforms.

3. After the group photograph is taken, the Commencement Exercises will begin immediately across the street at the parish center (the Russian school).

4. After the ceremony inside, there will be a picnic held outside for all students, family and friends.   Don’t forget to bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, towels and a hat.
